Ingredients 
Beef mince Finley grounded with fat 1kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Maze flour roasted makai ka ata 1cup
Cumin roasted crushed 1tbsp
Coriander roasted crushed seeds 1tbsp
Dried pomegranate seeds 2tbsp
Black salt 1tsp
Salt to taste
Black crushed pepper 1tsp
Red chilli flakes 1tsp
Chopped onion 1cup
Chopped tomatoes 1/2cup
Chopped green chillies 4
1 scrambled egg
1 whole egg
Ghee for frying

Method
Mix all the ingredients except onion nd tomatoes
Leave for an hour
Mix onion nf tomatoes before frying
Make patties nd shallow fry
