Brown pyaz half kg
Dahi 1 pao
Salt to taste
Laal mirch pissi hui 1 tb sp
Daighi lal mirch 1 tb sp
Dhania powder 1 tb sp
Huldi 1 tsp
Ghee 1 pao
Quorma masala
Elaichi 1 tb sp
Black pepper 1 t sp
Bari elaichi 1
Dar cheeni 2
Zeera 1 tb sp
Laung 3
Jaifal jawetri small peice
Method
Sub se pehle brown pyaz ko dahi k sath paste buna lein
Sub garam masalay ko pees lein
Ghee garam ker k us mei 8 hari elaichi daal dein phr us mei g.g paste daal dein aur bhon lein ab is mein mutton dal ker fry kerlein phr sub masalay aur peesi hui pyaz bhi dal dein jub masala bhoon jay tu us mei 2 cup pani dal ker dhuk ker gosht gulne tuk paka lein aur akhir mei adrak se garnish kr k serve ker lein
Yeh mein ne mini daigh mei pakaya tha is liy daighi quorma hai .
