Salt to taste
Dahi 1 cup
Oil half cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Zeera 1 tsp
G.g paste 1 tb sp
Method
Oil garam kr k us mei g.g paste ko bhon lein phr is mein gosht daal ker fry kerlein jub achchi trahn bhoon jay tu dahi aur peesay huay masalay ko daal ker bhon lei aur us mei 2 cup pani daal ker hulki anch per gosht gulne ko rakhdein jub gosht gul jay tu usmei huri mirch aur hura dhaniya daal ker serve kerlein.
