Method
Mutton ko g.g paste aur salt daal ker boil kerlein jub tuk gosht gul jay
Ghee ya oil mei tomatoes cut ker k bhoon lein phr is mei huldi namak mirchein daal ker paka lein
Jub masala tayyar hojay tu us mei mutton daal ket bhoon lein
Achari masalay ko amil daste mei kot lein ya mota mota peeslein is 2 tb spoonmei thora sa namak huldi auldi aur laal mirchi pisi hui add ker k 1 lemon k juice mei paste sa buna lein aur harri mirchon mei cut luga ker bhur lein
Baki ka masala mutton k masalay mei daal ker bhoon lein
Ab bhrri hui mirchein mutton k auper rakh ker 5 minute k liy dum dedein
Mazedar achaar gosht ready hai
