Gravy
Ingredients
Beef / mutton / chicken boneless cut in cubes 1/2kg
Oil 3-4tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Fried onion 1cup finely crushed
Yoghurt 1/2cup
Red chilli powder 3/4tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required

Method
Add oil in a pan then add meat, when colour changes then add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Now add water and cook until meat is 90% cooked. (If using chicken then don't add water instead add all other things).
Now when meat is done then add all other ing and bhoonofy this until meat is fully done.

For the yellow rice
Ingredients
Rice 2cup
Oil 4tbsp
Fresh garlic chopped 1tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1tsp
Salt to taste

Method
Add oil then add garlic and cook till it becomes golden then add chilli flakes, mix then add water (as per ur requirement for 2 cup rice). Now add salt, add rice in boiling water, cook till water dries, cover the lid for dum.

Make fries as much as you want.

Serve the rice with gravy nd fries and decorate with green corriander.
