Cheesy Chicken Ala Kiev

Cheese Filling( cheddar cheese plus 1 slice cheese)
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Coriander/Parsley chopped 1 tbs Dried oregano ½ tsp
Chicken Fillet
Chicken fillets 3
Salt¼ tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder 1-2 pinch
Garlic oyster 1 tbsp
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper pinch
Mix herbs 1/2 Tsp
Marinate chicken n keep for 2 hours
Batter
2 Eggs
Water cold 1-2 tbs
Milk 1 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Hot sauce 1 Tsp
Beat eggs n mix all ingredients to make a batter
Directions
In cheese add garlic (crushed), fresh coriander/parsley (chopped), oregano and mix well. Do not over mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the chicken breasts from the middle and make a pocket.
Marinate the pieces of chicken both sides with all the ingredients mentioned above
Now fill the pocket of chicken breast with seasoned cheese filling and close the opening
With toothpick freeze it for 30 min
In breadcrumbs add salt, blk pepper n dried parsley and mix it.
Now dip the chicken in batter and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process and again refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Shallow or Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve hot.
