Pad Thai Noddles

Ingredients
Chicken breast 1
Rice noodles 200grm
Capsicum 1
Carrot 2
Garlic 1tbs
Onion 1sliced
Green onion
Salt 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tbs
Peanuts 2tbs
Lemon juice 2tbs
Black pepper 1/4tsp
Oil 1/4cup
For sugar syrup
4tbs sugar 2 tbs water
Red Thai curry paste 2tbs
For sauce
Imli pulp 1tbs
Fish sauce 2tbs
Water 1/4cup
Mix it and it's ready
Method
Dip 200-gram rice noodles in hot water for 20 to 30 min.
Take oil in a wok sauteed garlic put chicken cook until done add veggies red Thai curry paste black pepper salt soya sauce imli sauce and sugar syrup add noodles stir on high flame
Garnish with roasted peanuts and green onions
