Ingredients for Bounty Custard
Full cream milk 2 cups
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Bounty chocolate 1 bar chopped
Rossmoor chocolate custard 1 sachet
Sugar 3 to 4 tbsp
Cream for garnishing
Fresh coconut shavings for garnishing

Bounty Custard preparation method
Take out 1/2 cup milk from the given quantity and dissolve Rossmor custard powder.mix coconut milk with the remaining 1 1/2 milk, add sugar and let it boil...now add chocolate custard mixture followed by chopped bounty and continue whisk until thickened. pour into the serving bowl, allow to cool on room temperature and refrigerate for good 3 to 4 hrs. Garnish with cream and fresh coconut shavings & bounty.
