Changezi Chicken

Chicken 1kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 Tb spoon (used twice)
Lemon juice (acc to your taste)
Red chili powder
Salt
Coriander powder
Garam masala powder
Chaat masala
Yogurt (1 cup)
Cream (1 cup)
Milk (1 glass)
Onion sliced (2 large)
Tomato paste (2 large)
Cashew nut ( Kaju 10-12)
Green Chili
Fresh Coriander
Fenugreek seed ( Kasuri methi) 1 Tb spoon
Oil (to fry onion only)
Ghee (1 cup)
*Add spices according to your taste
Marination:
Marinate chicken with gg paste, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt for 1 hour.
After one hour add yogurt in marinated chicken, on medium flame cook chicken until all the water gets dries. Do not add any extra water or oil.
Changezi Chicken preparation method
In a separate pan take 2 Tb spoon of oil to add sliced onion and kajo. When onion will turn golden brown take out onion and kaju make a paste by grinding them.
In a wok add Ghee, gg paste, tomato paste after 2 3 minutes add Milk, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Cook for 5 mints then add cream and chaat masala when water will get dry add chicken and crushed Fenugreek seed. Now cook on low flame until again water get dries and ghee comes over the surface now add green chilli and fresh coriander. Turn off the flame.
