Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Biryani
Rice = 1 kg
Chicken = 1KG (4 Large Piece)
Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 tbsp
Chicken Powder = 1 Tsp
Salt = 1 Tsp
Pink Salt = Half tbsp
Coriander Seeds = 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds = 1 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick = 4
Clove = 3-5
Nutmeg & Mace = 4 small
White Pepper = 1 Tsp
Black Pepper = 1 Tsp
Cardomon Small = 5
Cardomon Big = 2
Star Anise = 2
Turmeric Powder = 1 tbsp
Red Chilies Powder = 1 tbsp
Red Chilies Crushed = 1 Tsp
Yogurt = 200 gm
Lemon = 4-6
Onion = Half kg
Tomatoes = Half gk
Oil = Half Cup
Green Chilies = 8-10
Coriander = Half Bunch
Mint Leaves = Half Bunch
Food Colour = Orange
Milk = 2 tbsp
Saffron = 1 Pinch

Chicken Tikka Biryani preparation method
Chicken mein dahi k sath garam masalay grind ker k aur salt chicken g.g pastepowder pink salt aur lemon juice add ker k marinate kerdein
2 hrs k liy ya over night bhi kersakte hain.
2 tb spoon mei chicken ko fry kerlein aur jub gul jay tu koyla ka dum dedein
Onion fry ker k us mein zeera badyan phool ko add ker k fry kerlein ab is mein tomatoes aur aloo bukharay ko add kerdein aur jub tomatoes guljaen tu chicken add kerdein
Rice mein oil2 tb spoon aur salt 4 tb spoon add ker k eak kanni reh jay tu uska pani nikal ker rakh dein
Ab pehle rice ki teh lugain aur phr tomatoes aur sub haray masalay k sath teh lugadein
Aur akhir mein zarda colour zafran milk mein add ker k biryani mein dal dein
Pehle 5 minutes tuk tez anch per aur phr 15 mins tuk dheemi anch per paka lein.
