Energy Bites Ingredients
Dates 2 cups
Almonds 1/2 cup
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Pistachio1/2 cup
Oats 3 tbsp
Coconut 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Flax seeds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder ( optional)
Energy Bites preparation method
In a chopper, add all the ingredients and chop until well combined. Take a mixture press and set in square shape mold then cut into the desired shape.
