Ingredients for Vegetable Makhni Karhai
2 Potato
1 Carrot
1 lauki
Half cup peas
Half cauliflower
7 tomatoes
5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons red chili flakes
5 karri leaves
Half teaspoon black pepper
Salt 11/2 tablespoons
Half teaspoon Kasuri methi
Half teaspoon garam masala powder
Half teaspoon zeera
Half cup oil
3 tablespoons Butter
Vegetable Makhni Karhai Preparation Method
Boil all vegetables separately full done don't mashy
In pa an add oil zeera and chop garlic cloves when garlic becomes red add tomatoes red chili flakes salt bhonfy them add boil vvegetable mix then add black pepper garam masala powder lemon juice and Kasuri methi dum only 5 minutes add butter garnish with green chili and ginger serve with nan and chappati
