Egg Sunny Side Up
Ingredients for Egg Sunny Side Up
Egg 1
Onion 1medium (finely chopped)
Tomato 1medium (finely chopped)
Green chilies 3 (finely chopped) patli wali
Salt pinch
Black pepper 1/4tsp
Any leftover chicken, tikka, qeema, kabab 1cup (i used fry kabab)
Butter 1tsp
Slice cheese 1 (you can use cheddar cheese as well)
Chilli powder pinch
Egg Sunny Side Up preparation method
In a pan melt butter then add chopped onion and saute until translucent then add chopped tomato and cook for 2,3min in medium-low flame, add salt pepper and green chilies and cook for 30sec.. then add leftover qeema and mix well,now make a space for egg in middle of the pan,add 1/4tsp butter then pour egg and cook for a min in high flame,add cheese and sprinkle chili powder over egg... when cheese melts its ready.
Tip
Don’t overcook the egg
