Ingredients for Chicken tikka karahi
Chicken karahi cut 1kg
Ginger garlic 1tbsp finely chopped
Onion 3tbsp finely chopped
Tomatoes 1/2kg (blanched and chopped)
Red chili powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Crushed coriander seeds 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Yogurt 1/2cup
Tikka masala 2tbsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Karri leaves 8
Red button chilies 8
Dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp
Julian ginger and green chilies for garnish
Clarified butter 1/2cup
One large coal to smoke

Chicken Tikka Karahi preparation method
Heat clarified butter fry onion to lightish gold then add ginger garlic and red button chilies fry them add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes get tender and soft add red chili powder cumin turmeric coriander bhunofy well now add chicken and tikka masala fry well cover and cook for 8-10mins add water If needed
Afterward, add yogurt salt karri leaves bhunofy well till oil separates
Lastly, add fenugreek leaves Garam masala powder green chilies and julienned ginger
Add coal smoke in last

Serve with taftaan or qulcha
