Mutton 1kg
Onion 1 medium
Ginger garlic water 1 cup
Tomatoes 4/5
Greenchillies 4/5
Coriander 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves 7/8
Ginger 1 inch
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Afghani masala
Bhuna khuta zeera, coriander, black pepper, red chiilies
Method
Boil mutton with ginger garlic water & salt completly until water dries & the mutton gets boiled.. then ( grind corainder ,green chillies 1 onion 7/8 garlic cloves ) grind it ..grind cream & yogurt separately then mix the both mixtures & dip the boiled mutton pieces in the mixture for 5-10 mint then in a separate pan add 1 cup oil then fry mutton pieces in it add the remaining mixture in it then add afghani masala (home made) & garam masala..mix it well then add 4/5 half cut tomatoes spread it cover a lid for 10-20 mints when tomatoes get soft crushed it & mix all well when oil comes up then close the stove.
Garnish it with juliene cut ginger, coriander ,slit green chillies & slit lemons.
