Ingredients
Minced meat 1/2 kg
1/4 kg yoghurt
Gg paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Chilli powder 1 Tsp
Degi chilli powder 1 Tsp
Gram masala powder 1 Tsp
Kachri powder/papaya powder 1 Tsp
Oil half cup

Mix all the ingredients in minced meat and set it aside for 1 hour
Now hot the oil in a pan
Put 2 to 3 cloves

Now Put the marinated mince in hot oil
Cover the pan and cook at light flame
