Beef boti (I used kohan part of beef) 1/2kg
Vinegar 1tbsp
Raw papaya paste 1,1/2tbsp
Bihari tikka Masala. 2tbsp
Hot sauce. 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt To taste
Green chilli paste. 1tsp
Yogurt 4tbsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1/2tbsp
Capsicum. Onions and tomato for garnishing
Method
Marinate beef boti with all Spices, Bihari masala n sauces for at least 6hours or one day before for best result. Then bbq all beef boti then u can serve it in shashlik stick with veggies n sideline rice with mint chatni.
