Ingredients
Beef boti(I used kohan part of beef) 1/2kg
Vinegar 1tbsp
Raw papaya paste 1,1/2tbsp
TIKKA Masala.2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste. .1tbsp
Salt To taste
Green chili paste 1tsp
Yogurt 4tbsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp
Worcestershire sauce.1/2tbsp
Capsicum. Onions and tomato for garnishing
Method
Marinate beef boti with all spices n sauces for at least 6hours or one day before for best result. Then bbq all beef boti then u can serve it in shashlik stick with veggies n sideline rice with mint chutni.
