Spicy Fried Kaleji

Ingredients
Kaleji half kg
Salt 1 tap
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice of 2 lemons
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
The oil according to ur need
Marinate ur kaleji in all of the above spices n leave it for 3 hours..
In a pan add oil.now fry ur kaleji in it. until tender.
Serve hot.
