Black Chickpea Kabab

Ingredients
1 cup black chickpeas ( soaked overnight )
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 small pieces of ginger
1 tbsp of garlic paste
3 to 4 green chilli
5 cloves
1-inch cinnamon
1 tbsp chilli flakes
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin/jeera
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt or depends on ur taste
1 cup water
3 tbsp besan/gram flour roasted
2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
oil for frying

Method
- first boil the chickpea, then drain the water.
- After this, put all the ingredients in the pan except besan-coriander-lemon juice & oil.
-Mix it & cooks for half an hour. When the water becomes dry, take it out & after cool down, grind the mixture.
-Now add 3 tbsp roasted besan, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp salt.
mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.
- Grease hand with oil and prepare patties.
-Now shallow fry the patties in hot oil.
- Flip and fry both the sides on medium flame till it turns golden and crisp.
-Finally, serve black chickpeas kabab with onion, lemon and green chutney.
