For Curry
blend 250gm yoghurt 2tbs gram flour 2 green chillies ginger garlic paste 1.5tbs coconut milk powder salt to taste 1/2tsp of haldi coriander powder and white cumin seeds. Add around 1glass of water curry leaves into a blended mixture and simmer until it acquires consistency that is not too much runny or thick.
**I don't add oil in making curry.
For Bhuna Ghost
1/2kg beef/chicken/mutton (I used beef and CHANA BOTI CUT ask you a beef supplier for this cut of beef). Heat oil adds in 2 medium sliced onions and fry till brown now add 7 black peppercorns, 1/2 inch of cinnamon stick 1bay leaf and fry till it gives nice aroma. Now add in beef, gg paste, 4 sliced and peeled tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala(optional), 1/2tbs yoghurt and cook it covered till meat gets tender now bhonofy it till oil separates.
For Spaghetti
Boil water+oil add in spaghetti and strain.
Take 1tbs oil in frying pan add in sliced garlic fry till brown add in crushed red chillies and sprinkle this oil over noodles mix well.
Assembling
In a bowl take noodles+curry+bhuna ghosht+fried onions+slims+corriander chopped+ chaat masala+lemon juice and serve.
You can also add boil white chickpeas boil egg chunks papri fried colourful vermicelli fried chopped green chillies ginger strings fried garlic as a condiment.
