Butter Chicken

For chicken marination
chicken breast cut into cubes: 1
Red chilli powder:1 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste: half tsp each
Salt half tsp
Food colour a little bit
Marinate for half an hour
For Gravy
Onion 1 medium
Tomatoes :3 ( or you can add tomato purée for fine texture which I didn’t have so I just added tomatoes instead)
Yoghurt:3 tbsp
Garlic paste: 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 Tsp
Zeera powder: 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder: 1 Tsp
Butter: 3 tbsp
Cream: 1 packet
Method:
Fry onion in oil till light golden then add garlic paste and tomatoes then add yoghurt. Let it simmer and add all spices mentioned above. Then add the marinated chicken and let it cook until it’s done! After dishing output cream on top. Garnish with coriander and green chillies and Tadaaaaaa!! Butter chicken is ready. Serve with naan or plain white rice.
