Chicken with Oyster Sauce

Marinate 1 chicken breast in: 
Salt 1/ 2 tsp or according to taste
Crushed red chillies 1/4 tsp or according to taste
Oyster Sauce 1/ 2 Tbsp
Corn flour 2 Tbsp mixed in 2 Tbsp water
Egg 1/2 
Garlic paste 1/2 Tbsp

Mix all in a bowl to make a batter. Marinate chicken in it for 15 minutes.

Deep fry the chicken in oil and drain it.
Add oil in wok 2 Tbsp.
Add 2 Tbsp chopped garlic and sweat it.
Add 6 mushrooms sliced.
Add 2 green chillies chopped in Jullien style.
Add stock 1/4 cup, Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp and sugar 1/2 tsp
Mix 1 Tbsp corn flour in 1 Tbsp water. Add as a thickening agent.
Add spring onions chopped in 2 inch long pieces.
Add chicken and stir.
Serve with Boiled/ Chinese Rice or noodles.
