Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbs
Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
(Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
Chicken boneless cubes 1 Cup
Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste
Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 Tsp
Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
Chinese salt ¼ tsp (optional)
Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbsp tomato ketchup 2 & ½ tbs
Dark soy sauce ½ tbs
Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 small
Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & cubes ½ Cup
Shimla Mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
Corn kernels boiled ¼ Cup
Chawal (Rice) 1 Cup (soaked & boiled with salt)
Hara pyaz (Green onion) finely chopped CupAnday (Eggs) 2
Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Directions:
In a wok, add oil, butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well until changes colour.
Add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder, Chinese salt, hot sauce and mix well.
Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
Add dark soy sauce and mix well.
Add onion, tomatoes, capsicum, corn kernels and mix well for 1 minute.
Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
Add green onion, mix well & set aside.
In a bowl, add eggs, salt and whisk well.
Grease griddle with oil and heat it.
Pour beaten eggs, spread evenly and cook on the low flame from both sides.
Assembling:
In a bowl, place cooked omelette and cooked rice & fold all sides.
Place a plate over it and turn carefully.
Remove bowl and garnish with tomato ketchup, green onion & serve.
