Kalakand / Paneer Barfi

Cottage cheese/paneer: take 2 litres milk in a pan & boil it. When it is almost about to boil or boiled, add some vinegar to it. It will curdle the milk immediately. Then drain the water completely by using a cloth or strainer & paneer is ready.
Ingredients
1 tsp ghee
1 tin condensed milk
1 1/2 cup of paneer (finely crumbled )
Cardamon powder 1/8tsp
Method
In a non-stick pan pour condensed milk and add paneer..stir continuously ...keep the flame on low to medium ... When it comes all together it will take somewhere around 15-20 mins ... add Cardamon powder and stir and spread in a flat dish which has been greased with ghee 1/2 tsp and apply 1/2 tsp on ur hand to level and smooth the barfi ...garnish with nuts and pat a little so it stays there 😬...let it cool for another 15 mins and cut in the desired shape.
