Ingredients
Mutton Paya
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Yogurt 1cup
onion 1-2(light golden)
Tayz patta 2
Illaichi choty 3-4
Red chili powder 1tsp
Haldi 1/2 Tsp
Salt acc to taste
Sufaid zeera 1tsp
Method
Wash the Paya by applying aata then in pan or matka take 1tsp oil add ginger garlic paste Paya and yogurt and let it simmer
Paya ka pani niklay ga kas k bhoon layn yogurt k sath is say smell nahi aaygy jb pani khusk hojaey add tayz patta,lal pyaz illaichi dar cheeni and aik dafa kas k bhoon layn add all spices and add water pura pan achi tarha give a boil and cover the lid and leave it on low flame for 4-5 hours
Upar tari aajey and Paya are ready to dig in
Serve with roti and Rice
