Subway Sandwich

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
yoghurttbsp yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp shan tandoori masala
4 tbsp oil for frying
Method
Flatten chicken breast with steak hammer and marinate with all above ingredients for 30 minutes. Grill chicken breast on both sides and cut in slices.
Honey Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup mustard paste
1/4 cup honey
Pinch of red pepper
Pinch of black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white vinegar
Method
Whisk together in a bowl.
Subway Sweet Onion Sauce
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tbsp minced white onion
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp butter milk
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp poppy seeds
1/8 tsp salt
Pinch of crush black pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
1 tsp brown sugar
Method
Combine all ingredients in a small microwave - safe bowl. Heat mixture uncovered in the microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Whisk well, cover and cool.
Thousand Island Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp white onion, finely mince
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
Ranch Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup butter milk
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tbsp chopped onion
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
1/2 tbsp dil finely chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
Method
Mix together mayonnaise and butter milk.
Combine the garlic paste with the salt and onion to create a paste. Add this to the butter milk mixture, add dry mustard, black pepper, chopped parsley, chopped dil and mix well.
Other Ingredients
2 soft Italian or French bread cut into half
Cheese slices as required
Tomatoes slices as required
Cucumber slices as required
Barbeque sauce
Ketchup
Iceberg lettuce as required
Pickled jalapeno as required
Sliced onion as required
Capsicum sliced as required
Black olives as required
Assembling
Prepare sub with chicken, olives, vegetables, cheese, Barbeque sauce, ranch sauce, thousands island dressing, ketchup, honey mustard, sweet onion sauce. ENJOY!
