Fettucini Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast 200 gm.
Fettucini pasta required
Salt as per taste
Chicken tandoori masala 1 tsp
GG paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
for white sauce
Maida 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 Tsp
White pepper 1/ tsp
Mushroom few
Black Olives few
Milk 1/ cup
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Parsely for garnishing
Oregano 1/2 Tsp
Method
Firstly marinate chicken pieces with gg paste salt and chicken tandoori masala add vinegar mix well and let it marinate for about 30 min. Then cook on medium flame with 1 tbsp oil.
Boil pasta according to packet instructions and set aside. Now prepare white sauce heat a saucepan add butter and garlic when garlic aroma comes to add maida and bhunofy now add chicken powder, white pepper salt if needed then add milk remove from heat and whisk it well make sure not to leave any lumps now put on slow flame and keep stirring until required consistency add cheese, oregano, mushrooms and mix this sauce into your pasta cut your chicken pieces diagonally add into pasta or you can add chicken just before serving garnish with parsley and black olives drizzle some olive oil and serve.
