Quesadilla with sour cream and guacamole

2 tortillas
Chicken strips cooked with oil, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder.
Bell pepper sliced either cooked with chicken midway or kacha depending on your preference of texture.
Onions sliced.
Cheese (I use any kind, not slices but shredded/grated)
Place tortilla in a lightly oiled pan on medium-low heat, place chicken, cheese, bell peppers and onion, place the other tortilla on top. Flip when you feel light browning has been achieved and cheese is melting. Brown on this side too lightly.
Cut into six.
Sour cream is ready made.
Guacamole
1 ripe avocado mashed
Diced tomato, onion, cilantro
People add sour cream but I don't since I have it separate.
You can also add chopped green chillies but I have kids who don't eat it then.
Add jalapenos (i like pickled jalapenos) inside the quesadilla too if you'd like.
Dip the quesadilla in the sour cream and sauce
