RECIPE
For marinating
Boneless Chicken fingers style
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Black pepper
Nando's hot peri peri sauce ( my addition )
#Coating
Roll Patti
Egg
Maida
Buttermilk (1/4 spoon dhai and 4 to 5 tbs water beaten )
Salt little bit
Mix Herbs
Red chilli powder
Garlic powder
#Secret sauce
Mayonnaise 4 tbs
Chilli Garlic Sauce 1/2 tbs
Chili Sauce 1/2 tbs
Half lemon juice
Little bit black pepper
Mix all above ingredients and dip sauce is ready.
Marinate chicken with marinate ingredients keep aside for half an hour.
1. Beat egg add buttermilk together.
2. Take maida to add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and mix herbs keep aside.
3. Take roll Patti put in a chopper and grind slightly 2 min
Now dip all chicken fingers in egg better than in maida and keep aside, now again dip in the egg than in crushed roll Patti and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown. Enjoy hot with dip sauce.
