Ingredients for Fettuccine | Fettuccine Alfredo | Alfredo Pasta Recipe | Alfredo Pasta | Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

 250 gm pasta
2tbsp unsalted butter
2tbsp white flour
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt or to taste.
1tsp black pepper
1 cup cream
1 cup milk(or as per required consistency of sauce)
Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Chicken powder 1tsp (optional)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Green onion 1 cup

Ingredients for chicken marination
Boneless chicken Julian pieces 250gms
Garlic powder:1tsp
Paprika powder:1/4 tsp
Mustard paste:1 tsp
Salt:1/2 tsp or per taste
Worcestershire sauce:1tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 to 1 tsp
Marinate chicken for an hr with all the above ingredients
Butter: 2tbsp for frying

Direction 
Boil pasta as per the instructions is given on the packet and drain run cold water then mix some oil n keep it aside.
marinate chicken with all the ingredients of chicken marination for 30 minutes then heat butter and cook chicken take out.

For the sauce
In a same pan heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat,add white flour and bhunofy until feel a pleasant aroma now add milk n whisk carefully it shouldn't be lumpy, add cream, cheese and cook about 2 minutes now Season with black pepper, garlic n salt to taste and add mixed herbs and chicken powder and bring just to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for several minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add chicken. Stir in pasta and cook on very low heat, add green onion, tossing to combine for 1 minute. Serve immediately. Garnish with olives, parsley or chives if desired.
